Evidence investigation
Include only the run ID, verdict, timestamp, and non-secret target identifiers when appropriate. Signed receipts never require authentication secrets.
Billing or Enterprise
Use Billing for subscription or refund questions. Use Enterprise for custom capacity, governance or onboarding requirements. Payment-card data is handled by Paddle, not TookEffect support.
